How It All Began ~

As the owners of Sapphire Grill we’d like to start by letting you know that we are excited to have you visit our site, and can’t wait for you to try our food… if you haven’t already! This business was started as we were working hard building another business. Home Team Auto Sales, which was our first venture together as business partners. Completely unrelated to our current business, we saw this opportunity, and as the true foodies we are, we jumped all over it. That was one year ago, May 25th, 2018 to be exact. That was the day we drove five hours to pick up a trailer we had purchased as a significant investment site unseen! To say we were excited and anxious would be an understatement, we were down right giddy! But we had no real plan, and no idea of exactly what we wanted to do with it. We just knew it was ours, and we loved it, so instead of rushing, we parked it lol. Since then, a great deal of time, sweat, hard work, and planning, has gone into bringing Omaha’s newest mobile food venue to life. We’ve changed floors, purchased new equipment, updated the lighting and of course began building our brand. We now look forward to growing and creating a large base of loyal customers. If there’s an event we can help you put together, whether it’s an office party, a children’s baseball game, a neighborhood extravaganza, or any gathering of hungry people, we’d love to be there!
